POOR - goals need to be much better defined, in order to inspire and guide decisions WEAK - goals are defined, but do not yet provide inspiration or guide decisions OK - goals are defined, they guide decisions, but are not very inspirational STRONG - goals are ambitious, inspirational and provide a clear guide to decisions OUTSTANDING - goals are transformational, they inspire me and guide ambitious decisions.Hint 2. RELATIONSHIP development - how clear is your Relationship Building Strategy? Have you identified segments of contacts? Do you have a goal per segment? And a contact frequency? An mix of channels? And key messages to communicate? POOR - I do not have clarity about Business Development activities to achieve my goals, which impacts Social Selling and LinkedIn results. WEAK - I have a broad understanding of the Business Development activities I need to undertake to achieve my goals. OK - I have a clear plan for the Business Development, Social Selling and LinkedIn activities I need to undertake to achieve my goals. STRONG - I have clear Business Development, Social Selling and LinkedIn processes, projects and tech to achieve my goals OUTSTANDING - I am systematic in my business development, Social Selling and use of LinkedIn, aligned with achieving my goals.Hint 3. IDENTITY and Personal Branding - how clear are you about your IDENTITY? Think of your identity not just as your specialisation and expertise, but your value to clients, your proof and your story. How clear is your Personal Brand to others? How effectively do you communicate it? How memorable are you? POOR - I need to review and clarify my Identity and my value to clients. WEAK - I have identified my value but need to develop the message about my specialisation, expertise and value further. OK - My clients understand my value but I need to communicate beyond that circle. STRONG - My contacts have a very clear understanding of my specialisation, expertise and value to clients. OUTSTANDING - I have become a Go-To person in my specialist area, in my sector / profession.Hint 4. NETWORK growth - how clear are you about who you need in your network in order to achieve your goals? Who is your ideal client? What partners will you work with? Which role models can you learn from and associate with? How active are you at inviting people to connect on LinkedIn? POOR - I do not have a clear definition of who my ideal client is yet. WEAK - I am clear about who my ideal client is, but do not yet understand them and their pain / aspirations very well. OK - I am clear who my ideal client is, and the reasons when and why they buy, and I have identified relevant role models and VIPs I can learn from. STRONG - I know precisely who my Ideal Client is, and WHEN I can really add value. I have also identified and made contact with potential partners.
